1. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed once approved by our admin team and payment is confirmed.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on vendor, region, and product type.
  • Tracking numbers are provided where applicable via your dashboard or email.
  • Deliveries are made during working days (Sunday–Thursday).
2. Delivery Delays

If delays occur due to vendor issues or force majeure, our support team will notify you immediately and offer alternatives where possible.

3. Return & Replacement

Returns and replacements are allowed under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged, expired, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • Return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns are subject to approval by our admin team and vendor verification.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Opened medications, temperature-sensitive items, and custom or special-order products are non-returnable unless proven defective.
